Delivery Styles (Definitions below)(Required)

Dock Delivery - to the client's receiving warehouse or a warehouse chosen by Arrow Express. This style of delivery involves shipping the crated or palletized freight to a loading dock. The freight will be received and either placed into storage or delivered to the client's residence or business at a later date.

Standard curbside delivery - to the client's home or business (items will be packed & crated or palletized). This style is similar to a "UPS" delivery where the client will receive a "call ahead notifier" scheduling the delivery and their shipment will be delivered "Curbside" to the specified address. This style of delivery is mostly used when a client is able to bring the order in on their own.

Inside delivery - to the client's home or business (items will be packed & crated or palletized). The client will receive a "call ahead notifier" scheduling the delivery, PLUS the delivery of the packed order through a 1 door threshold i.e., first floor front door (ground level) or garage. NO STAIRS! This style of delivery is mostly used when a client is not ready to unpack the shipment or if the client is able to unpack the order without further assistance.

White glove - this style involves "full service". The order will be unpacked with debris removal and the order will be hand delivered into the client's home or business and placed wherever desired. Stairs will be additional charges.
